Jabra Launches Elite 10 with ANC, Dolby Atmos, and Head Tracking; Introduces Elite 8 Active with ANC in India

The premium segment TWS Earbuds brand, Jabra, launches two new TWS earbuds in India: Jabra Elite 8 Active and Jabra Elite 10 Wireless Earbuds. The main highlight of these earbuds is their waterproof, dust-proof, Dolby Atmos, and Active Noise Cancellation capabilities, among other features. Jabra Elite 8 Active:

Jabra claims that these earbuds are “Tested to Be The World’s Toughest Earbuds.”

The Jabra Elite 8 Active is constructed with a plastic body, and the ear tips are made of Jabra ShakeGrip silicon, a high-friction silicon. The company provides three extra ear tips in the box. They also support touch control. The TWS earbuds have an IP68 rating (earbuds) and an IP54 rating (case). The case features an LED light for battery indication. Each earbud weighs 5g, and the case weighs 46.4g.

These earbuds come with a 6mm driver and six microphones for Active Noise Cancellation (Adaptive Hybrid ANC), capable of understanding and eliminating noise from the sound. Additionally, they feature Dolby Audio for spatial sound. The earbuds support AAC and SBC codecs for Android, iOS, and Windows devices, with a Bluetooth 5.3 connection providing a range of up to 10 meters and customization options through the Jabra Sound+ app. Fast pairing is supported for Android devices.

The earbuds provide 56 hours of battery backup (case + earbuds) or 14 hours with earbuds alone when ANC is off. With ANC enabled, they offer 32 hours of battery life (case + earbuds) or 8 hours with earbuds alone. It takes 3 hours to fully charge the earbuds via the Type-C port, and they also support wireless charging. Just 5 minutes of fast charging will give you 1 hour of battery life, and the earbuds offer 315 days of standby time.

Jabra claims these are “Our most advanced earbuds for work and life.”

The Jabra Elite 10 also features ShakeGrip silicon for ear tips, and it includes four extra earbud tips for added comfort. These earbuds are rated IP57, and the case is rated IP54. The case features an LED light for battery indication, touch control, and voice assistant support. Each earbud weighs 5.7g, while the case weighs 45.9g.

These earbuds are equipped with a 10mm driver and six microphones for calling (ENC) and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), specifically Jabra Advanced ANC™ for music. Additionally, they support Spatial Sound with Dolby Head Tracking, allowing them to adjust the music according to your head position. Sound output can be customized using the Jabra Sound+ app. The earbuds come with Bluetooth 5.3, offering a 10-meter range, and support Android, iOS, and Windows devices. Fast Pairing is also available (for Android devices only).

The Elite 10 earbuds provide 36 hours of battery backup (case + earbuds) without ANC, and with ANC, they offer 27 hours in total. When used without ANC, the earbuds themselves provide 8 hours of battery life, and with ANC, they provide 6 hours. Fully charging the earbuds via the Type-C port takes approximately 3 hours, and they also support wireless charging. These earbuds offer an impressive 345 days of standby time when not in use.

Both earbuds come with a 2-year warranty.
