Vivo has announced the launch date for its new Vivo Y200 5G in India, which is an upgraded and successor to the Vivo Y100 5G. This time, Vivo is introducing Sara Ali Khan as the chief style icon for the new Vivo Y200 5G, which is set to launch on the 23rd of October. The main highlight of this smartphone is its aura light, OIS camera, and designer features, among others. The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed the launch date for the Vivo Y200 5G and has teased images that showcase the smartphone in two color options: Desert Gold and Jungle Green. This information is based on a recent image on Vivo’s website. The promotional image also confirms that the Vivo Y200 will be equipped with an Aura Light feature in the form of a ring light.

The Vivo Y200 5G features a plastic body with a weight of 190g and a rectangular camera bump. It comes with a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 64MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera, along with a single 16MP front camera in a punch-hole design. For selfie lighting, it features a Ring Light as part of the Aura Light.
The device sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD resolution (395ppi) and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 619 GPU.
