The Xiaomi 14 Civi Smartphone is available in two variants: 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, and 12 GB RAM and 512GB Storage. Notably, its RAM and storage is not expandable.

The brand has provided a 67 Watts charger which charges it in 60 minutes through a type-C port.
