Design

The Lenovo Tab M9 is made of Dual Tone Metallic Material. The tablet comes with a plain TPU Back Cover case that protects and improves the tablet’s appearance. The tablet weighs 344 grams, making it small and light enough to handle and carry and you call this tablet a lightweight tablet. 

The tablet us dimensions are 23.3 x 15.3 x 5.9 cm. It has a thickness of 5.9mm, which is typical for a tablet in this price range. The tablet’s total screen-to-body ratio is 81.2%. 

Display

The Lenovo Tab M9 features a 9-inch display. This is a 1340*800-pixel HD IPS display. The peak brightness of the panel is 400 nits, making it bright and effective for indoor use. The display has a good color gamut, but it is not the FHD display which is a cons of this laptop.

Dolby Atmos Vision is built into the Lenovo Tab M9 to improve your viewing experience. The brand offers TUV Rheinland-certified blue light reduction, protecting your eyes from harmful blue light. 

Processor

The Lenovo TAb M9 is powered by a MediaTek G80 Octa Core processor. Although the brand does not specify it, this processor is supported by an inbuilt graphic processing unit but it may be Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. The chipset can handle day-to-day tasks such as online classes and data management. The tab cannot smoothly perform high-end multitasking and art making (games). 

Features

Lenovo Tab M9-22.86 cm (9 inches) is a WiFi & LTE ready tablet but does not support 5G.

The Lenovo Tab M9 has dual Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers. This speaker setup produces loud, clear, and room-filling music, as well as deep, thumping bass. 

Multiple noise-cancelling microphones on the Tablet improve call and recording quality. All of these features combine to make this tablet a very feature-rich device. There could have been a slew of other inventive preloaded apps, but the brand has not revealed which ones. 

Ram and Storage

The Lenovo Tab M9 has 4GB of built-in RAM, which is insufficient for multitasking but adequate for household functions and content streaming.  

The Lenovo Tab comes with a 64-GB ROM. The Lenovo Tab M9’s 64-GB ROM can be expanded up to 1TB. The tablet has a very basic RAM and storage configuration, making it only suitable for studies and other low-end functions. 

Camera

The Lenovo Tab M9 comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and flash support. It can capture decent pictures. The front-facing camera is 2 MP The brand has not provided any additional information about the photo and video modes. 

Sound

Lenovo Tab M9 has Dual Speakers with Dolby Atmos which provide a good sound and audio experience.

Charging and Battery

The Lenovo Tab M9 is powered by a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 5100 mAh. The tablet’s video playback capacity is up to 13 hours. The tablet is charged with a USB-C-based charger, and it supports 10W Fast Charging.

Connectivity and sensors

The Lenovo Tab M9 is compatible with WiFi, LTE calling, and Bluetooth connectivity. The WiFi version is 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, (2.4 GHz | 5 GHz), bluetooth is v5.1, A2DP, LE mentioned. Furthermore, no information about positioning (GPS) providers has been provided. The tab also does not have NFC or radio support.
